Information
Cross country is long-distance running over natural terrain. The cross country season takes place in Term 2 and Term 3, but interested learners may join the middle distance athletes in Term 1. All ages are welcome to join the practices. Bring a pair of running shoes and a bottle of water with you.
We pride ourselves on developing the holistic well-being of our learners. A clear indication to know if your child is ready to join cross country is if they can jog for 15 minutes without stopping.
