SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

School will close at the end of the third term for the school holidays as scheduled on Thursday, 23 September and will re-open again on Tuesday, 12 October 2021.

COVID-19

Should any member of your household go for a COVID-19 test, learners must stay home until the results have been received. When any member of your household tests positive, the rest of the household must quarantine for at least 10 days according to the NICD guidelines.

Please advise the office if any learners need to quarantine or isolate, via email, at yvonnem@midstreamcollege.co.za. Please also notify your child’s register teacher via email.
Be assured all information is treated confidentially.

GOLF

Congratulations to Ryan Strauss who was selected for the U13 Gauteng North golf team. He will compete in the SA Interprovincial Golf Tournament in September. Good luck, Ryan.

CRICKET

We are very happy and excited about the friendly matches that have commenced this week. These are not league matches and will simply allow the boys the opportunity to display their talents and enjoy themselves on the cricket field!

We encourage all the boys to get involved with cricket, particularly the younger boys in Grades 1 – 4.
