FROM THE OFFICE

“Spring is nature’s way of saying, ‘Let’s party!’” – Robin Williams
See you all at the SpringFest this coming weekend. We are looking forward to wonderful Spring weather, a celebratory ambience, and an opportunity for our families to get together while listening to great music.

We also celebrate the end of our Cultural Festival with our annual Spring Classics, which promises to provide further opportunity for our culturally talented learners to take to the stage and practise what they love best. (Please see details later in the newsletter.)

YADAH

This week we pray for the Grade 10s who are taking on their big Odyssey challenge. We pray for them and all the teachers involved that they will all return safely and that the experience will be of great value to them.

PHOTOS

Orders for individual photos close on 18 September. The orders for the individual photos will be processed and printed as soon as possible once this is done. The group photos that can also be ordered will only be printed after the photo day on 19 October, as the learners who were absent during the previous two photo days must first be photographed. Add-ins of these learners will then be done in the group photos. Once this process has been completed, the group photos will be printed and sent to the school.

19 October is the last photo day. On this day, the individual photographs of the learners who were absent during the previous photo days, will be taken. Sports and cultural groups that have not yet been photographed will also be photographed on this day.

Important: Brothers/sisters photos will be taken as follows:
7:00 – 7:25:    Only High School and Primary School brothers and sisters (at 7:30 high school learners must be in their classes) Learners should rather come too early than too late for the photos before school, as we can NOT take photos after 7:25.
10:00 – 10:15:    Only Primary School brothers and sisters
12:15 – 12:45:    Only Primary School brothers and sisters
