The rugby season has been an exciting journey filled with enthusiasm on the rugby field. I’d like to congratulate each rugby player for the stamina, perseverance, enthusiasm and behaviour they displayed this season. During the transition from one season to another, we will remember the wonderful adrenaline-filled moments that rugby and netball provided us with. I wish our learners an incredible cricket and hockey season filled with unforgettable moments.

The learners’ wonderful talents have come to the fore during the cultural festival activities. Thank you to each learner for preparing so conscientiously for every activity they participate in. We look forward to the rest of the cultural festival.

Who:
• All Grade 5 to Grade 7 learners.
• Younger learners are also welcome if a parent accompanies them.
• All teachers and parents who want to help.

When: 20 July from 14:00 – 17:00

BRAIN, LEARN & MEMORY GYMNASIUM
STUDY METHOD COURSE

Secure a future for your child by using the correct study methods. This course will be presented for Grade 4 – 7 English-speaking learners. For more information, click on the link below.

HOLIDAY CLUB

A holiday club will be held on Monday, 26 June, Tuesday, 27 June, Wednesday, 28 June, Thursday, 29 June from 7:30 – 17:00 and Friday, 30 June from 7:30 – 13:00. All Midstream College Primary learners are welcome to attend. If you are interested, please complete the Google form below on or before 18 June.

CRICKET

The cricket practices / trials officially start today – 8 June for all the U10 – U13 boys. Please see all the important information on the school’s website.

All age groups will be finalised by Thursday, 15 June so that the necessary arrangements can be made for the tours and cricket week ahead.

Cricket tours:
Cricket tours for the U11A, U12A and U13A Teams will be held at Camp Discovery from 23 to 26 June.
 
MCP Cricket week:
The MCP cricket week will be held from 10 to 15 July at Midstream College.
U9B – U13B Teams: 10 July to 12 July.
U9A – U13A Teams: 13 July to 15 July.
