FROM THE OFFICE
“Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.” Henry David Thoreau

During this busy time, our learners are using their energy in so many positive ways, in the Academic, Cultural and Sporting arenas. Thank you to our parents for assisting us with fostering perseverance in our learners. Hard work and perseverance are always rewarded.

We are so proud of all our cultural groups following their phenomenal performances.

All the best to our Cross-Country athletes who will be taking part in the AGN championships this weekend.

Congratulations to Mrs Ashley Arnold on the birth of their lovely new bundle of joy. We welcome Mrs Marilize du Preez who is relieving in Mrs Ashley Arnold’s place.

YADAH

This week we pray for:

All the people who are sick/ill. We pray that God will bless them with His loving care, that He will renew their strength and restore their health.

A HUGE THANK YOU: LIGHT PROJECT

We are so excited and grateful for the amazing reaction to our Mandela Day / Yadah Project. The Midstream community donated whole-heartedly and we have received even more lights than what we hoped for originally. We will be able to provide each elderly resident at the old age home with a personal light and also give them extra lights for the corridors, bathrooms and communal areas. Your generosity is a light that shines brightly in a world that truly needs it. Thank you very much for making a contribution to this project!

TENNIS

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to all tennis courts being used for league matches on 22 August and 19 September, there will be no school tennis practice for grade 2 to 7 on those dates. Grade 1 tennis is not affected by this arrangement.
